Panoramica: The theme for this episode is sautéing.We’re going to cook a world-famous Japanese food, teriyaki swordfish.The thick-sliced, nicely-browned swordfish is sautéed in the sweet, aromatic teriyaki sauce until it’s been glazed beautifully.For our second dish, we’re making daikon radish steak, sautéed in great-smelling sesame oil, and topped with grated daikon to add a refreshing flavor.
