Space 2: We’ve Come A LongWay includes a developed sound-score and celebrates cycles, journeys and movement. Interrogating space and time through its associations with coloniality and heteropatriarchy; the soundscape for Space 2 is aderivation of work on her film theatre production in development, supported by Stella Quines. The original piece is a three-part journey that explores the experience of Black, women and non-binary Scots as they exist in Scotland. Space 2: We’ve Come a Long Way challenges linearity and celebrates being, present and presence.
