A businessman returns his family home after eight years in exile avoiding the terrorism of the ETA.

Two women meet by chance and discover they were both raped by rapist. Individually and together they must confront the past and finally integrate the long repressed trauma into their lives.

The story unfolds around the struggle of Tithi, a young girl from a lower middle-class family in Bangladesh. Tithi becomes a call girl to support her family. Tithi’s brother gets married and surprisingly discovers that working can also give satisfaction. He opens up a business with the capital his sister made as a prostitute. Financially, things are getting better in the family but Tithi slowly becomes aloof and indifferent to everything. Even the touch of her own mother irritates her and makes her recall a man’s lust. She withdraws within herself and takes refuge in solitude.

Soon, more women are killed in the same grisly manner as the serial murders from twelve years ago. Now, Ippei becomes the prime suspect of the police and Ippei must quickly find the real murderer. An eight-year-old boy Poonjan is not an ordinary boy. He earns a living by doing mean jobs like fishing in the backwaters. One day, Poonjan saw a blind man sitting alone in the boat jetty who seemed to have lost his way home. He is demented, and only remembers a certain tree full of Parrots in front of his house. Poonjan tried to find the way to the blind man’s home. Disheartened with the outcome of their journey, he was about to give up on the quest.

The film documents a year in life of four people, three of them meteorologists, living in the Arctic.

Gouranga, a young man in 1960s rural Bengal, embarks on a journey where he encounters not only the local myths about a supernatural presence, but also his own demons which were buried in his past. The film was in the list of TOP 10 Recommended Movies of NFDC Film Bazaar 2023. It also won the Film Bazaar Recommends Award in the Viewing Room Category.
