Writer Cédric Gras follows in the footsteps of Stalinist mountaineers in Kyrgyzstan. Pioneers of Central Asian exploration, they were first on the highest peaks of the Celestial Mountains. The film traces one of their expeditions to the Khan Tengri, which has become an amazing glacial trek.

Two friends, Arthur and Jérôme, want to make a film. After much hesitation, they give up their primary aspirations and opt for a trendy theme: eroticism! Benefiting from a tidy sum of money, all they have to do is find the ideal cast. But the tandem is far from imagining that this somewhat crazy project will completely change their existence.

This French farce/drama takes place in Ireland in 1916, during one of the peak periods of revolutionary violence. Von Luckner is famous for his tactical genius in the first World War, especially sinking 14 enemy ships and only losing one crewman, whilst always seeking a peaceful outcome - making him the ideal seaman.
