In 1996, the artist Leila K was nominated for the best album award, for her album "Manic Panic", in the Swedish Grammis Gallan. She ultimately lost the award to Dilba, and didn't take it very well. The day after, the Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet published a story about Leila K peeing on the floor at the award ceremony. Leila K filed a lawsuit against them, and was offered a chance to redeem herself. The documentary also covers how Leila K built her career and stardom, from the beginning with Rob'n'Raz and their world wide mega hit "Got To Get" in 1989, up to her second album of her solo career.

Everyone thinks Alice goes too far but she doesn’t give in to group pressure. Johannes gets curious about Alice's new side and together they discover something new about themselves.

Delphis, an 11 year old kid from the roughest part of Montreal, lives life according to his own rules, under the label of the Hurricane. Set in 1991, the film crudely deals with various social labels with a dose of black humor.

A music video made while I was at St. Martins College of Art, compiled from 8mm film I'd shot and found footage. The recent version has a clean soundtrack but the picture came off a very old U-matic tape that was warped, hence it has a strange stutter and freeze effect on it which wasn't in the original edit but--as part of the look of the piece was to do with decay and things falling apart--it kind of fits. I made this video after I had made 7 Songs for 23 Skidoo as I was doing a live multi-screen film show for the band during their live performances and this was an extension of that process, again at St. Martins College of Art and the London College of Printing.

This hurricane has lost none of its impetus: spurred on by a killer soundtrack, it blows like a fierce call to resistance.
