When Takao returns to his parents' house, his mother Mayumi (Mayuko Sasaki) is disgusted by her son's behavior and locks him in a storehouse. Mari receives the news from Takao that he has been caught by the bad guys, and decides to go to Yamanashi. Fearing that Yoshio will retaliate against her, Lin also decides to accompany Mari.
