In confrontational conversations with his wife and his lover, a middle-aged Indian policeman opens up about his work as a 'sacrificial assistant', a state-designated agent tasked with extra-judicial killings of Muslim men. Elsewhere in the city, Lord Krishna and the prince Arjuna enact a dialogue from the Bhagavad Gita. Paralysed into inaction during battle by human considerations, Arjuna seeks the counsel of Krishna, who instructs him on the moral duty of a warrior.

Vennila, an ambitious young girl, moves to the city with her best friend Gayathiri to pursue a degree in physics. She falls in love with Krish, her school crush and university senior, but their relationship faces challenges from ego clashes and outside influences. Vennila then meets Akash, a kindred spirit with similar dreams, forcing her to make a difficult decision between love and her dreams. With both families involved, the resolution will be heart-wrenching for all parties involved.
