Weekend on the Rocks is a live album and DVD by Dave Matthews Band. It contains highlights of the four shows in four days the band performed at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado on September 9–12, 2005. The set is packaged on two CDs and one DVD.

Formed in 1991 in Charlottesville (USA), Dave Matthews Band is considered one of the most influential groups in rock history. It currently features Dave Matthews (guitar and vocals), Carter Beauford (drums), Stefan Lessard (bass), Tim Reynolds (guitar), Jeff Coffin (sax), Rashawn Ross (trumpet) and Buddy Strong (keyboard). These great musicians will be on September 29th at the Mundo do Rock in Rio Stage.

Dave Matthews Band Live at Chicago

While we wait til next year for DMB's return to the road, they're blessing fans by launching a weekly livestream webcast of archival footage titled Drive-In Concert Series. The first concert is DMB's show at Ruoff Home Mortgage Music Center in Noblesville, Indiana from June 29th, 2019.

The DMB sold-out show on July 15th at Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, FL will stream live that evening through the new Live Nation Channel on Yahoo Screen. The channel will provide fans with a free, all-access front row seat to a new live concert every day throughout the year. DMB’s live stream will be the first concert stream on the channel and will include both the acoustic and electric sets in their entirety.

On December 21, 2002 DMB fans were treated to one of the most exciting collaborations in the band's history - James Brown and members of his Soul Generals joined Dave Matthews Band, and members of Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe for Brown’s classic “Get Up (I Feel Like Being A) Sex Machine.” This incredible guest appearance shows Brown trading dance moves with Dave, and concludes an epic 25-minute funk session of "So Much To Say > Anyone Seen the Bridge? > Too Much > Get Up.” While an obvious highlight of the evening, it is not the only one. “Seek Up” features superb performances from both LeRoi Moore and Butch Taylor, while the evening’s momentous encore of “Halloween > Ants Marching” could not have closed out a multi-night, sold out run at NYC’s preeminent Madison Square Garden in better fashion.

Dave Matthews Band has announced a free live stream of their upcoming show at Bristow, VA’s Jiffy Lube Live, set for this Saturday, July 20th. Not far from the band’s original stomping grounds in Charlottesville, the Bristow venue has become a regular stop for DMB since their debut show at Jiffy Lube Live on August 27th, 1995, formerly known as the Nissan Pavilion at Stone Ridge. Founding member LeRoi Moore also played his final show at the Virginia venue before his tragic death following an all-terrain vehicle accident.

As a thank you to our fans for an amazing tour in Europe, voting DMB #1 in the #RockHall2024 fan vote, and supporting us for many years, the DMB concert in Lisbon, Portugal on May 5th will be live streamed for free.

Our latest release, Live Trax 46, available in CD and Blu-ray formats, from 7.7.18 in Noblesville, IN captures the band at the height of renewed energy. The setlist spans the band’s career completely, including a number of debut performances of songs off the most recent release, "Come Tomorrow". With the addition of new band member, Buddy Strong, on keys and vocals, the band makes older fan favorites such as "What Would You Say" and "Warehouse" sound just as fresh as newcomers like the intimate "Here On Out" and "That Girl Is You".

In May 2010, Dave Matthews Band announced that they would take a break from touring the following year for the first time in 20 years. With the break looming, the last two hometown shows on November 19-20, 2010 at John Paul Jones Arena in Charlottesville, VA became two of the most anticipated in the band's history. Both shows met all expectations! We are proud to release the first night of this epic weekend in its entirety as 3-CD set, and for the first time in the Live Trax series, as a DVD/3-CD set as well. This is the First Live Trax mixed in surround sound.
