Wanting to start a new life, 40-year-old Heli has found an institution in which she can put her younger, mentally disabled sister. I soliti idioti is an Italian television series, starring Francesco Mandelli and Fabrizio Biggio. The series won Best MTV Show at the 2011 TRL Awards.
