The 2017 edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans saw thrilling action from the moment Chase Carey waved the flag to get the race underway. The prestigious LMP1 class dominated the headlines with a stunning battle between polesitters Toyota and perennial favourites Porsche. However, for the 250,000 trackside fans the real entertainment was going on down the field in the GTE Pro race. In an incredible three-way, race-long struggle Aston Martin, Ford and Chevrolet ended up being separated by just seconds after a full 24 hours of tough but fair competition. As ever with Le Mans, the biggest enemy wasn’t the opposing drivers but simply attrition as the highly tuned cars operated at the sharp edge continuously for a full day and night. Kitazawa Tatsunosuke works as an elite bodyguard for a small bodyguard protection company. He is the ace of the company, with excellent athletic abilities, and is always able to see two or three steps ahead of a situation. When he takes action, he usually manages to stay calm and collected with his judgment. His father, who was a police officer, was stabbed to death. Tatsunosuke, who is currently trying to pursue the killer, receives a request from the law firm to protect a new client. The client happens to be Kishimura Rika, a lawyer who is potentially being targeted due to a grudge against her in regard to a case she was in charge of. Because of this, she has to be under strict security 24 hours a day. Tatsunosuke, who is serious and stoic in nature, is largely inflexible and, naturally, not a good match for Rika, who hates being restricted. However, as they start to live together, their feelings toward each other begin to change.

The 77th running of the Le Mans 24 Hours Race promised one of the most fascinating and fiercely contested competitions of recent years and, once again, the world s greatest endurance race delivered. Peugeot was determined to claim victory and finally break Audi s five year domination of the race. Once again it would be a battle of the diesels as Peugeot s tried and tested 908 HDi FAP took on the all-new R15 TDi, Audi s latest challenger. The French marque s outright pace put it at the front of the field, while reliability issues dented to hopes of 2009 victors Allan McNish, Rinaldo Capello and Tom Kristensen.

Once again the Rothmans Porsche team fielded three works cars as the Stuttgart marque challenged for yet another victory. However, the British Jaguar team was ready to break the Porsche domination with its awesome Silk Cut-backed XJR-6s. It looked set to be a showdown between the turbo-charged works 962Cs and the Jaguar V12s, but the Joest team, victors in '84 and '85, could not be discounted and the Porsche 956B of Klaus Ludwig, Paolo Barilla and John Winter would lead the early running. Tragically, what looked set to be one of the greatest Le Mans races ever was marred by the death of popular Austrian racer Jo Gartner in a crash during the night. With all three Jaguars and two of the works Porsches forced out by accidents and reliability problems, the number one Rothmans Porsche of Derek Bell, Hans Stuck and Al Holbert was left to take a subdued victory - the fourth for Le Mans legend Bell.

It had been 30 years since Jaguar's last Le Mans win, and the trio of Silk Cut-backed XJR-8LMs were determined to end that losing streak. However, the dominant works Rothmans Porsches were equal to the challenge and prepared three of the awesome turbo-charged 962Cs to face the V12 British attack. Reliability and accidents, many sparked by wet conditions, would decimate the field, reducing the works Porsche challenge to just one car before nightfall. The hours of darkness would claim one of the Jaguars, Win Percy luckily escaping a massive crash - captured on this review by an amateur cameraman. Reliability problems would be Jaguar's undoing, a second car retiring with eight hours to go and the final XJR-8LM dropping down the order as it battled mechanical woes. That left the Porsche of Derek Bell, Hans-Joachim Stuck and Al Holbert virtually unchallenged in the final hours, but the victory was no less sweeter for that - they had taken Jaguar on, and won.

They would be pursued by the determined Aston Martins and the Jaguars, returning to Le Mans for the first time in more than 25 years. As evening fell Le Mans was hit by an horrific accident which shocked drivers and fans, the aftermath and Lloyd's emotional reaction caught on this review. The race continued through the night, but as day broke so did many of the cars, turning the running order on its head and setting up a real fight to the finish.

More and more mourners join a queue for the stonemason. He is played by Jan Himilsbach (1931-1988), an untrained actor, ("Rejs" 1970) and prose writer ("Przepychanka" 1974). In the film, he works at the Powązki Cemetery in Warsaw. They ask him for a loan, Zbigniew Buczkowski (actor) is one of them. On the set, Himilsbach is asked to act consciously, however, he is mainly interested in the amount of his fee. Surprisingly enough, he talks about actors and their mission during a meeting with young people in the park. In his dreams, the man sees himself as a seductive satire (colored part). At the very end of the day, the protagonist performs in a cabaret group.
