On her way home from job hunting, Eiko hears a stranger whisper to her, "Contact the police. The guy seems suspicious..." As soon as he leaves the stunned Eiko, the man is hit by a car. Eiko rushes to the police, but when she returns to the scene in her patrol car, there is no trace of him. Eiko (Sakurada Junko), who moved to Yokohama from Tsuwano, encounters one murder after another. Only Eiko's friend Yumi (Nakai Takae) believes her and introduces her to Keita (Sato Koichi) of the Kanagawa Prefectural Police.
