Siang-r sees that she cannot turn the situation, she and Chang San-lang are sad.Yang Kuang moves the capital to Lo Iang. Everything is fresh to him and he spends his time enjoying himself. He also orders Sh Min to select girl citizens for him. Wang Shih Chung pleases Yang Kuang and gets promoted.
